At the February 15th business meeting, Crestview Baptist Church leadership proposed a bylaw change to transfer all assets to Community Bible Church upon its dissolution, and a ballot for members to vote on dissolving Crestview Baptist Church and joining Community Bible Church. The bylaw change and vote are scheduled for the next business meeting on Sunday, March 22nd, at 5:00 pm. Joining the Community Bible Church family will help Crestview Baptist fulfill its goal of replanting by updating its name, mission, leadership, and ministry structure to seek God’s kingdom better and inspire the Windcrest community to do the same. By joining Community Bible Church, they will commit to:

• Honor the faithfulness of Crestview in being Good News in Windcrest for 71 years.
• Fully repair the Crestview campus (foundation, structural, plumbing, leaks, etc.) and update the gym for worship.
• Invite Pastor Josh to join the CBC staff and commit to providing salary and insurance for a minimum of 3 years.
• Support ministries and missionaries for Crestview for one year and then evaluate future support.
• Continue being the good news of Jesus Christ in Windcrest and beyond for the next generation.
